1. Software services only
Paymegate provides software services only and does not offer payment or money services of any kind. All payment processing is performed by independent, third-party licensed providers. Paymegate is not a bank, money transmitter or payment institution.
2. No affiliation
Paymegate is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or any other trademark holder referenced on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address you provide. Payouts are final and irreversible; funds sent to an incorrect or non-self-custodial address cannot be recovered. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to your business.
4. Acceptable use
Prohibited activities include fake shops, adult content, gambling, intoxicating substances and any criminal activity. Paymegate may suspend access at its discretion where abuse or prohibited use is detected.
5. Fees
Fees are described on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Provider and network fees are set by the underlying providers and are outside Paymegate's control.
6. No warranty & limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paymegate is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
